Exchange in Torrevieja: questions and answers

The exchange process is set up so you don't have to pay blind. You see the rate before you place an order, you get the payment details after the operator confirms it, and USDT can also be transferred at the meeting. We have been working since 2022.

We carry out exchanges through Vega Exchange: the official Telegram bot takes the orders, support in the bot settles disputes, and our manager brings the cash euros. You'll find more about us and where to write in the "About the site" section.

The real bot opens with the "Open the Telegram bot" button. It's best not to search for it by name in Telegram: copies with similar names turn up there. From then on, open the bot from your chat list. The confirmation, payment details and the manager's messages come only to that chat. A "staff member" who writes to you first when you have no order isn't us: don't transfer anything.

Yes: in the Telegram app for Windows, macOS or Linux, the order form works the same way as on a phone.

Exchanges don't happen in an office: the manager meets you outdoors, at an agreed place.

The operator sorts out issues like these: in the bot's support section, press "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). Already paid? Send the TxID for USDT or the bank receipt for rubles right away. If the operator didn't help, press "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor), which is in the same section.

The order form offers a choice of four USDT networks: TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 and TON. Send the coins only on the network from your order: a transfer on another network may be lost. You can transfer from an exchange account too; there, you choose the network when you withdraw.

The sender of the coins pays the network fee. When you exchange USDT for euros, you pay it, in the network's native coin: TRX, ETH, BNB or TON. When you buy USDT for cash, we cover that fee.

You don't have to transfer USDT in advance: the form asks you to pick "Сейчас" (Now) or "При встрече" (At the meeting), and you can send the coins right at the meeting, with the manager present. The exception is a large amount: we accept it only in advance, and the form will tell you so before you even send the order. The address for the transfer will arrive in the chat with the bot after confirmation.

The only cryptocurrency we accept is USDT. Convert bitcoin, ether or another coin to USDT first, for example in an exchange account, and then place your order.

You can buy USDT with cash euros: it's the USDT-to-euro exchange in reverse. You enter the wallet address and the network in the order, so double-check them: a transfer to someone else's address or on another network can't be recovered. We send the coins after the manager receives the euros from you.

The rate is calculated for each order: what matters is how much and how you exchange, when you pay and collect the money, and what your loyalty rating is. That's why only the bot shows the exact figure, in the form, before you send the order. You can look at it with no obligation: only an order you've sent locks in the rate.

The more you exchange, the better the rate. Paying in advance, getting the cash the next day and a high loyalty rating can all improve it too. You can compare the options right in the form.

There's no separate fee for exchanging USDT: our margin is already built into the rate the bot shows. The rate for a transfer to an account and the rate for cash are different: the cash rate includes delivery and checking the banknotes.

The loyalty rating is your exchange history in the bot: every completed exchange raises it, and a high rating makes the rate better. Cancellations and no-shows lower it, and if the rating hits zero, you lose access to the bot.

A ruble-to-euro exchange needs no cryptocurrency. We accept rubles in cash at the meeting or as a transfer from Sber, T-Bank, Raiffeisen or another bank, including via SBP. The payment details for the transfer arrive in the chat with the bot after the order is confirmed.

When you pay before the meeting, the meeting itself is shorter and its timing is more predictable: the transfer has already been checked, and the manager only has to hand over the cash. If the bank has a question about the payment, the operator will help sort it out in the chat rather than on the street. Paying in advance, which is the "Сейчас" (Now) option in the order, also improves the rate. Each city has its own cash minimum, and in Torrevieja it's lower if you pay the rubles in advance.

Euros arrive in your account without a meeting, in any city in Spain. They can be sent by SEPA and SEPA Instant, as well as through Revolut, Wise or Paysera; each method has its own rate, and you can see all the rates in the order. Via an ATM, the manager deposits the euros into your account at one of four banks (BBVA, Santander, Sabadell or CaixaBank), and such an order is paid in full in advance. We'll top up a Revolut, Wise, Paysera or other European bank card by transfer, and a Spanish bank card via an ATM as well.

We'll pay an invoice in euros for you, for example for tuition, housing, a purchase and more. The euros go to the recipient using the payment details on the invoice, and you choose in the order what to pay us with.

We exchange cash dollars for euros at a meeting with the manager, and you choose the payout method in the order.

There's no single minimum: each city has its own logistics, and so its own threshold. It also depends on the currency and how you receive the money. The bot will give you the exact figure before you send the order. In Torrevieja, when you exchange rubles for cash euros, the minimum is lower if you pay in advance.

A single order has an upper limit, so a very large amount is exchanged across several orders. In an exchange like that, USDT is transferred only in advance. Rubles for a large exchange are sent in several payments, and the payment details for each one arrive in the chat with the bot.

A passport isn't always required, but the operator may ask for it or another document and ask who is sending the money. With no document, we can exchange only with full prepayment.

You can get the cash on the very day you place the order. If you're not in a hurry, choose the next day in the form: that may improve the rate. The manager confirms the meeting time shortly before it, so allow some spare time for an urgent order.

A transfer via SEPA Instant arrives instantly. For regular SEPA, Revolut, Wise and Paysera, the time depends on the system and the recipient's bank, and the bot will show it for your order.

We pay out cash euros in 17+ Spanish cities, including Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and Guardamar. When you choose a city, the bot shows the current list. If your city isn't on it, ask the operator, who will check whether a payout is possible there. Without a meeting, the exchange works all over Spain: you can get euros by transfer to your account or via an ATM, and we'll pay your invoice.

We meet outdoors, in a busy place that suits you. We agree on it in the chat with the bot: send a Google Maps pin there. The manager will confirm the time and the spot shortly before the meeting. They wait by the car and don't come up to apartments or offices.

The meeting itself is short: you hand over the cash or transfer the USDT and receive what's stated in the order. Our banknotes are counted and checked on banking equipment in advance.

You can cancel an order even after sending it, but your loyalty rating will drop as a result. A no-show lowers it too, so message the operator about any delay right away.
