How the exchange works in Torrevieja
The exchange is arranged in the official Telegram bot: you see the rate, send the order and, once the operator confirms it, receive the payment details. The manager brings cash euros to the agreed place, while a transfer to your account, an ATM deposit and paying your invoice all happen without a meeting.

What to prepare before you place an order
You need Telegram on your phone or computer. For USDT, you'll need a wallet or an exchange account that lets you withdraw coins on TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON. From a personal wallet, you cover the fee yourself, in that network's native coin (TRX, ETH, BNB or TON), so keep a small amount of that coin in your wallet.
For a euro transfer, an account at a bank in Spain or another EU country will do, and so will Revolut, Wise or Paysera. At an ATM, the manager deposits cash into your account if it's held at BBVA, Santander, Sabadell or CaixaBank. If you need to pay an invoice, keep it at hand. A passport will come in handy too: the operator may ask for a document.
The exchange process: eight steps
The operator checks the order, the manager brings the cash, and both message you only in the chat with the bot.

Telegram search turns up copies of the bot, while the "Open the Telegram bot" button opens the real one. In the bot, "Заявка" (Order) is the first button, and it opens the form.

Choose the currency and the payout method
You can give USDT, cash rubles, rubles by transfer or cash dollars. You receive euros in cash, by transfer to your account, by ATM deposit or as an invoice payment. For USDT, specify the wallet's network; for a ruble transfer, where it will come from: Sber, T-Bank, Raiffeisen, another bank or SBP.

Specify the city, day and time
For cash, the form asks for the payout city: the list includes Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar and other cities in Spain. There you also choose the payout day (today or tomorrow) and a time slot. If you need the money by a certain hour, send the order early: that way it's easier for the manager to fit you in.

Enter the amount, and the bot shows the rate
The rate and the amount you'll receive appear before you send the order, and you can check them as often as you like. Nothing is deducted from that amount: the markup is already included in the rate. The rate depends on the amount, the payout method and day, and on whether you pay in advance or at the meeting. The loyalty rating, which builds up from one exchange to the next, affects it too. If the rate doesn't suit you yet, enter the rate you want in the bot, and you'll get a message when it reaches that level.

Send the order, and the rate is locked
From then on, the rate is recorded in the order, and the exchange goes ahead at that rate. You can cancel an order you've sent, but that will lower your loyalty rating.

The operator confirms the order and sends the payment details
If anything needs clarifying, the operator will ask in the chat with the bot. The confirmation arrives there too, and if you pay by transfer, so do the payment details or the wallet address for USDT.

Pay after confirmation: in advance or at the meeting
You choose in the form when to transfer the USDT: "Сейчас" (Now) means before the meeting, and "При встрече" (At the meeting) means in the manager's presence, if you're getting cash. We recommend sending rubles by transfer before the meeting: the rate is better that way. For cash in Torrevieja, paying this way also lowers the minimum amount. You hand cash rubles and dollars to the manager. Keep the TxID (transaction ID) or the bank receipt until the exchange is complete.

Get your euros in person or without a meeting
We agree on the meeting place: a busy street in a neighborhood that suits you will do. Send the spot to the chat with the bot as a Google Maps link, and shortly before the meeting, the manager will confirm where and when. The manager usually waits by the car; they don't go indoors. The bills are checked on banking equipment and counted before the meeting. Without a meeting, we transfer euros to your account, deposit them at an ATM or pay your invoice.

Frequently asked questions
What fees and limits apply to the exchange?
There's no separate fee for the exchange: the markup is included in the rate shown in the form. The sender pays the blockchain fee for a USDT transfer. The bot shows the minimum amount before you send the order: it depends on the city, the currency and the payout method. A single order also has a maximum amount.
How do I exchange a large amount?
The larger the amount, the better the rate, but USDT for a large exchange must be sent in advance: the form will warn you about this before you send the order. The operator will tell you how to split a large ruble amount into several payments, and the payment details for each will arrive in the chat with the bot. If the amount exceeds the maximum for one order, create several orders.
How long until I get the euros after placing an order?
It depends on the payout method. Cash is delivered the same day or the next, and you choose which day in the form. With SEPA Instant, the euros arrive instantly; other methods each have their own timing, and the bot shows it in the order.
Could I be asked for documents?
The operator may ask for a document and ask about the sender's details. Without a document, the exchange requires full prepayment.
