  • USDT to euros

    You get euros for USDT in cash at the meeting, transferred to your account or deposited at an ATM. If needed, we'll pay a euro invoice for you. You send USDT on the network named in the order: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON. To cash out another cryptocurrency, first exchange it for USDT where it's held: in an exchange account or a wallet.

  • Rubles to euros

    You don't need crypto to exchange rubles: you can hand them over in cash at the meeting or transfer them from a Russian bank using the payment details in the confirmed order. If you transfer the rubles in advance, the rate is better than if you pay at the meeting, and in Torrevieja the minimum amount is lower too.

  • Cash dollars to euros

    We accept dollars only in cash: you hand them to the manager at the meeting and choose in the order how to receive the euros.

  • Cash euros to USDT

    Buying crypto with cash works too: enter your wallet in the order, hand the euros to the manager, and that wallet will receive the USDT.

How the exchange works: four steps

The bot shows the rate, the operator confirms the order, and the manager brings the cash. Everything except the meeting itself happens in the chat with the bot.

  1. You see the rate before you order

    Choose in the bot what you're giving and what you want to get, and enter the amount and the city: the rate and the final amount appear right away. Until the order is sent, the calculation doesn't commit you to anything.

  2. The order locks in the rate

    You send the order, and its rate is locked from that moment. The operator will check the order and send a confirmation with the payment details to the chat.

  3. Payment: in advance or at the meeting

    You decide when to pay. You can also transfer USDT at the meeting. Rubles are best sent before the meeting: we'll have time to check the transfer, and at the meeting you simply get the cash.

  4. Your euros: in cash, to your account or by paying your invoice

    The manager brings the cash the day you order or the day after; we agree on the meeting time and place shortly before it. We transfer euros to the account given in the order or deposit them into it at an ATM, and we pay an invoice using its payment details.

  • Since lookalikes of the bot appear in Telegram search, open it with the "Open the official bot" button. After the first launch, the real bot will stay in your chats.

  • The order confirmation, the payment details and all of the manager's messages come only to the chat with the bot. If a "manager" writes to you in private messages, it isn't us: don't transfer anything, and report it to support in the bot.

  • Disputes over an order are settled by support in the bot; they aren't dealt with in private messages.

  • If the operator hasn't resolved the issue, write to the supervisor: in the support section, there's a "Написать руководителю" (Write to the supervisor) button.

There's no separate fee: the markup is built into the rate. The larger the exchange, the better the rate. The network fee is paid by the sender: when you exchange USDT for euros, that's you; when you buy USDT, it's us.

Can I transfer USDT at the meeting?

Yes, if the amount is small. In the order, you choose the payment option: "Сейчас" (Now), meaning in advance, or "При встрече" (At the meeting). A large amount has to be transferred in advance, and the bot warns you about it before you send the order. Whether the USDT comes from an exchange account or a personal wallet, send it only on the network named in the order. Leave a little of that network's native coin in the wallet for the fee, for example TRX for TRC20.

Why transfer rubles in advance?

Then the meeting is shorter: the payment details come in advance, we have time to check the transfer, and the manager simply hands over the cash. You won't have to pay from your phone at the meeting. The rate is better when you pay in advance, and in Torrevieja such orders also have a lower minimum amount. In the order, this is the "Сейчас" (Now) payment option.

When can I get the cash?

We'll bring the cash on the day your order is placed or the following day; next-day cash sometimes gets a better rate. You mark a convenient time in the order, and we agree on the exact time and place shortly before the meeting. The sooner you place the order, the easier it is for the manager to be there by the hour you need.

Can I buy cryptocurrency with cash?

Yes, you can buy USDT with cash euros. In the order, mark that you're giving cash euros and getting USDT, and enter your wallet: the bot will show the rate before you send the order. The USDT arrives in your wallet after you hand the cash to the manager.

How do I sell cryptocurrency if I have bitcoin or ether?

To exchange crypto for euros, you need USDT: our exchange doesn't accept other cryptocurrencies. First exchange your bitcoin, ether or other coin for USDT in your own wallet or in an exchange account, and then place an order.

What documents might I need?

The operator may ask for an ID and information about the sender of the transfer. Without an ID, the exchange will go through only with full prepayment; support in the bot will tell you how to make it.

What should I do if there's a problem with my order?

Keep the TxID of the USDT you sent or the receipt for your ruble transfer at hand: the operator will use it to find the payment.
