What data the site collects

Visitor data is collected automatically only by the analytics system and the hosting provider's server. Analytics cookies can be turned off in the browser.

What we don't ask for

On the site, we don't ask for a name, a phone number or documents: there's no registration, no user account and no forms for personal data here. The site doesn't need bank details or wallet keys either: it doesn't accept money.

In the "Exchange currency" form, you choose what you give and how you want to receive the money. The form sends nothing: your choice isn't saved and doesn't go to the Telegram bot. In the bot, you enter everything again.

We receive your data directly in only one case: if you email us. In that case, your email address and the message itself stay with us. We keep them for as long as this is needed to reply.

Cookies and visit statistics

The analytics system stores cookies in the browser to tell a new visit from a repeat one. From its reports, we see which pages visitors open, how long they spend on them and where they come from: from search, through a link or directly. It also records the device type, browser, language, screen size and approximate region based on the IP address. The same system counts clicks on the page, including on the buttons that take you to Telegram.

The statistics show which pages are useful to visitors and which need to be made clearer. The data stays with the analytics system, and its owner sets the retention period. The owner's servers may be located outside the European Union. The site uses no other cookies.

To opt out of these cookies, block them in the browser settings for this site or for all sites at once. Each of your visits will then count as a first visit. And if you install a tracker blocker, the analytics system won't start at all. The site still works as usual.

Only the site's tag goes to Telegram

The link to the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot contains only our site's tag and no other information about you. Vega Exchange is the service our exchanges go through. From the tag, it sees that you came from us.

In the bot, you place an order, choose how to receive the money and talk to a Vega Exchange operator. If Vega Exchange's rules require identity verification, the operator will ask for a document. This data is processed by Vega Exchange and Telegram, and each of them has its own rules. Order data can be changed or deleted through support in the bot, and Telegram account data in Telegram's own settings.

What the hosting provider records

The hosting provider's server automatically records every request to the site: the IP address, browser data, and the time and address of the page opened. The provider needs these logs to keep the site running and protect it from attacks. The provider sets their retention period itself. We don't use the logs for any other purpose.

How to request or delete data

You can find out what data of yours we store and get a copy of it. You can ask us to correct or delete the data or to restrict its processing, or you can object to the processing. To do this, write to [email protected].

If you believe we have violated your rights, you can file a complaint with the AEPD, the Spanish personal data protection authority.
